Los Conejitos y Los Pollitos Proyecto de Pascua. To celebrate Easter we made bunnies and baby chicks as projects.

Durante la temporada de Accion de Gracias practicamos nuestros nombres haciendo gorritos de Guajolotes con nuestro nombre.

​During Thanksgiving we made turkey hats while practicing our name on the feathers.

En Diciembre cortamos y acomodamos nuestro nombre en un arbolito de Navidad.

In December we cut , paste and arranged our name on a little Christmas tree.

En Estados Unidos celebramos Navidad y en México la tradición de la Rosca y los 3 Reyes Magos cuando traen regalos a los niños. La Rosca se ha unido y tiene niños dentro del pan y la tradición es al que le toca el bebe hace tamales el 2 de Febrero día de la Candelaria. Como Nativos de México y un PreEscolar en Español es muy importante que nuestras tradiciones pasen hacia nuevas Generaciones y no se pierdan. Queremos que los niños se enriquecen aprendiendo nuestras tradiciones a través de la cultura y el arte culinario.

The tradition in Mexico is on Jan 6, the 3 wise men come and leave toys for the children and we cut a bread called, La Rosca de Reyes, which has plastic babies inside. Tradition is who ever gets a baby has to make tamales on February 2nd, Day of the Candelaria. As Natives of Mexico and a Spanish preschool it's important for us not to lose our tradition but pass them on to new generations. We want our kids to enrich themselves thru Culture and Culinary.
